　　原理 Principle

　　本机由机座、驱动系统、控制系统、混合料斗等部件组成。工作时，将物料加入料斗后，锁紧斗盖，按工艺要求设定混合时间、混合速度，启动控制系统，即可开始混合作业;到设定的时间后，机器自动停止，混合结束后进行分料。

　　This machineconsists of stand, rotary body, lifting system, driving system,braking system and control system. When working,the mixing hopper to the rotary body,press the touch screen"confirmation" button,automatically mixing hopper promotion in place,and automatic clamping. The pressure sensor signal obtained after clamping, drive system, mixed according to the set time, speed; to set parameters rotary body can automatic vertical stop, and braking system, mixed end; then the hoist system works, mixing hopper rotary body fall in place, automatic stop, and print process data. Wil mix the hopper to launch to the next step.
