　　原理 Principle

　　经配料混合好的干粉物料，由专用加料机(气动或机动)加入到上料斗内，经螺旋输送器输送到压力室，两个高压力挤压轮将物料压制成高密度薄片，通过切制系统切制成小块，经由两级整粒系统制成要求大小的颗粒，完成制粒过程。

　　The dry powder materials mixed with ingredients to feeding hopper by a dedicated feeder (pneumatic or motor-ized)and transported to the pressure chamber through a screw conveyor.Two high-pressure extrusion wheels press the materials into high-density thin sheets, then cut into small pieces through a cutting system. produce the required granules size by those two steps, the granulation process is finished.
